Normally, I usually use Paint Shop Pro 9 to manage my digital manipulations. All I typically do is...
Resize
Crop
Rotate
Minor adjustments to brightness & contrast (Histogram adjustment)
Colorize (e.g. the pseudo-sepia toning)
In other words, just basic image editing.
Lately, I've been playing with more serious digital manipulations. Soon after Jessica's first visit, I applied a lot of effects & filters to a single image to survey the available changes. You can see those variations here.
Below are some new variations, using a different image from a recent sitting.

I've
got to admit that I am enjoying the various "artistic effects"

These effects are a lot of fun -- something to do while I'm "watching" TV by my computer. Note: these effects are more effective (pun intended) when applied to larger images.
What
Do You Think?
I only have one
monitor & one browser -- I can't check the effects of my scans & image
editing in a variety of settings. Just because an image looks good on my
PC, that doesn't mean it looks good for all visitors.
