I'm
including this picture here because I wanted to discuss
it. I don't like it. I hate when a model
looks outside the image frame at something that it
unknown to the viewer -- what is Noname Jane looking
at? It's a distraction. Below is an
exception:
In
this exception image, from the "Nude
In The Sun" page, is an exception because...
-
We
can see what Noname Jane is looking at,
-
The
angle of her glance strengthens the angle of the patch
of sunlight on the wall behind her.
But
most of the time, I prefer eye contact -- it's more
"present" and intimate.

Like I've said, I don't think I know
anyone who enjoys being photographed more than Noname
Jane.
Frankly, sometimes its intimidating to photograph an
experienced model, because the kind of sessions that I
can conduct are likely to be something that an
experience model has seen many times before. But
no worries with Noname Jane -- she just loves what she
does. |
This
picture cracks me up -- Noname Jane is being
"fierce", but she can't quite pull it
off. Noname Jane is always mugging for the camera
-- she is terrific fun. |

To
me, there's nothing more attractive than confidence. |
|
My number one objective for all my photo
sessions is that at the end, all participants feel
respected & appreciated & willing to work
together again.
I'm thinking Noname Jane is having lots of fun.
It's looking good for meeting that objective.
It's very gratifying to me when I can capture some
real reactions like this.
(Nice cleavage, too.) |
